Rhythm Garden

find your jumping rhythm

A little music. A little movement.

Listen before you leap

A rhythm can make a jump feel less like a count and more like a game. Start by listening for one sound you can follow: a drum, a clap, or a melody that makes you want to bounce.

You do not have to match every beat. Let the song be a friendly guide while you discover a pace that feels natural.

Make a pattern of your own

Try a few easy jumps, pause for a favorite part, then begin again. Repeating that little pattern can become its own playful chorus.

If the rope and music drift apart, nothing is lost. Smile, reset, and catch the next beat. Rhythm Garden is about listening and experimenting, not getting every note right.
