Getting started

your first little milestone

Start small. Make it yours.

Small counts still count

A first milestone does not need to be enormous. It might be a few comfortable jumps, one smooth turn of the rope, or simply showing up to try again.

Choose a number that feels welcoming today. The point is not to impress anyone; it is to notice the moment when something new begins to feel familiar.

Give the moment a tiny celebration

Pause when you reach your marker. Take a breath, do a little victory bounce, or write the number down. A small celebration helps the moment feel like yours.

Tomorrow can be different. Keep the same goal, make it smaller, or follow your curiosity somewhere else. Your first little milestone is a beginning, not a rule.
